What do big tech companies look for in a UX candidate?

Here’s a few things that Big Tech cares about:
  • How thoroughly you explore the problem space (make sure to highlight this in your portfolio)
  • Your technical design skills
    • 1) proficiency with prototyping tools
      2) your ability to build the product independently
It's also healthy to understand how big tech typically hires.
