Who will look your design portfolio during hiring process, and when?

Typically, it goes like this:
  1. In the Screening stage: Recruiters
  1. In the Shortlisted stage: Designers who are in the hiring committee (i.e. seniors or/and managers)
These are the main personas you're designing for.
Product owners usually don’t get involved unless it's a small company, and they’re part of the hiring committee.
