I'm looking for a job after maternity leave. Do you have any tips on how to highlight my past experience, or do you think it’s better to focus on picking up new skills first?

Job search after maternity leave

I think you’ll want to revamp your “application kit” i.e. Cover Letter, CV, LinkedIn, and Portfolio.
No call backs means you’ll have to see what needs updating.
It’s better to apply first before assuming you need additional work.
