How to become a world-class UX/UI designer

First is find some potential causes of you not being productive.

It could be:
  • Your motivation
  • Your daily energy levels
  • Or simply too many distractions

Then I would try to implement techniques to keep you focused:

  • Have clear goals, and milestones to aim towards (every week, month, and year)
  • Eliminate and simplify your routine so you have more tim

To become world class is subjective, however, there's a few things you could do:

  • Get a job at FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Alphabet (or Google))
  • Be a early employee at a hyper-fast growing company that will eventually IPO

Fundamentally, you'll need to learn and design ALOT.

More than anyone else.
Literally, practice, learn and practice.
Just remember, there’s no shortcut.
