Design Process 101
There’s no "one-size-fits-all" or perfect design process. It’s messy, often goes in circles, and rarely follows a straight line.
It really depends on the designer’s experience, the context of the problem, and of course, deadlines.
That said, Design Thinking is one of the most widely used frameworks, and it generally breaks down into five key phases:
- Empathise
- Define
- Ideate
- Prototype
- Test
