Which is better: being a founder or working in a corporate role?

It really comes down to what you’re prioritising.
  • If you value flexibility, freedom, and long-term ownership, freelancing or being a founder might be a better fit.
  • If financial stability, gaining more industry experience, and working in a team are more important, then a corporate role could be the way to go.
Both options come with their challenges, but they also have their rewards.
I’d say the first step is figuring out what your goals are.
