Landing your first freelance client

First off, I wouldn’t even bother with Upwork or other freelance sites. Instead, I would focus on my own network and their network.
The key is to be as personable as possible and really showcase your work.
Upwork can be useful if you're in a remote area, but honestly, it’s a race to the bottom when it comes to pricing.
