How to improve your community's user experience

I would think about how you onboard new community members.
What I've seen work well:
  • Personalised emails or messages
  • Provide assets to share the message to drive growth
  • Introduce a bath of newcomers every week and tag them
  • Share some tips to help them get the most out of the community
  • Prompt them to start contributing by providing them guidelines and first post ideas
  • Get them to value quickly, shorten time-to-value (unsure what this is for your group)
