Advice for UX research career transition

I would take on as many projects as possible to:
  1. Build a strong portfolio with evidence of my work
  1. Showcase outcomes, results, and quality
I’m a big believer in learning by doing, so I would soak in and absorb as much as I can from a UXR perspective, and execute quickly.
